architecture and interiors
A&M design highly recommends utilization of both architectural services and interior design. This creates a more cohesive design and efficient process for the client and team. However, A&M is flexible and can do solely architecture or interior design projects. Services may also include new construction as well as renovation design.
The team is also adept at three-dimensional rendering software and is able to assist in marketing for development and real estate purposes.

annie jenkins
architectural designer and cofounder
Annie is an architectural designer trained in commercial and residential architecture and design at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The foundation of her practice is derived from the study of architectural typologies and a curiosity for details. She explored this interest while studying at the Escola Tècnica Superior d'Arquitectura de Barcelona in Spain for two years before pursuing her Masters in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. Annie has ten years of experience in both the boutique, design-build residential sector as a project manager, and in the large scale commercial area of design as a project architect.
Annie’s classical training, combined with her eye for design, inspires her to reference historical layouts and incorporate them in a contemporary way. She refines this in her design work to create an environment that is not only timeless, but a unique reflection of the client.
Annie lives and works in Serenbe, Georgia with her husband, Jes and their beloved poodle, Ruger. Prior to her move to Chattahoochee Hills, Annie spent time living and working in Atlanta and Athens.

maddie collmus
interior designer and cofounder
Maddie is an interior designer who started her creative journey at Auburn University. Her studies there led her to work as an elementary school teacher, but setting up her classroom for each new school year brought her back to her earliest passion: interior design and space planning. As the daughter of a business owner, some of her earliest childhood memories are of admiring the glass sugar jars at the office coffee bar, rearranging pillows, furniture, and envisioning the client experience from start to finish. Maddie renovated her very first home in Atlanta, made all interior selections in her second new-build home, and selected all finishes and materials in her future home that is currently under construction. Maddie has experience as a project manager for an interior design firm and a new-build designer for a custom home builder.
The client experience is the animating force behind Maddie’s work, and she is known to have an artistic eye that blends classical and modern elements to create warm, welcoming, and serene spaces.
Maddie enjoys living and working in Serenbe, Georgia with her husband, Whit, one-year-old son, Wells, and husky dog, Bear.
